DataVox
has the ability to offer its customers
customized solutions that fit their business
needs. Through our alliance partnerships
with Cisco, Avaya, and Toshiba, we have
access to the latest state-of-the art
technology depending on your business
requirements. Once we have assessed the
business goals our customer's organizations
are trying to achieve, we investigate
hardware options to fit those needs. Our
goal is to deliver a system that is
customized to your business and will grow
with your organization.
System Integration
In today's dynamic environment, technology infrastructure has many different components. Each of these components must work in conjunction with the other. DataVox engineers are not only trained in one aspect of communication systems, but also are well-versed in understanding the intricacies and necessities of integrating each component of your system. We ensure our engineers are trained and primed in the latest technologies and how they work together through our rigorous certification process.
Structured Cabling
DataVox’s cabling solutions encompass all
communication applications, including voice,
video and data.
Cabling projects are managed by an
experienced project manager whose primary
responsibility is to ensure that
installations are completed on time and meet
industry standards.

Silent Message - Silent Message is an advanced form of second call notification. It is designed to inform you of the call, who is calling, and then allows you to quickly advise how the call should be handled.
Operator Assistant - Designed to enhance those Operator Console's that do not support "busy lamp fields," which is the industry terminology used to define "knowing when a co-worker is on the telephone or not."
Preview Dialer - INterra's Preview Dialer is a software application that combines Caller ID with your Computer Telephony enabled system and ties into your Personal Information Manager (compatible databases include GoldMine and ACT) to greatly increase your individual productivity.
With much attention and dedication, the INterra Software Team has truly developed some of the most robust and feature rich products on the market.
IP Telephony
Many companies are hearing about the value and benefits of IP Telephony technology. The most important component when considering this technology is to choose a partner who will help you realize the benefits from IP Telephony implementation. By assessing your needs and critical success factors, we can determine if IP Telephony is the right fit for your business.
We specialize in IP Telephony products that not only encompass the phone system, but voice mail and also all catalyst switches. Currently we have five engineers that are on the Cisco IP Telephony team available to service you. However, with our large voice technical force of over 40 engineers, we are able to overlap when required and provide you the best possible service.

Components of this practice are:
Internet Backbone Design
Network Infrastructure Design
Data Center Architecture
Remote Access
Wireless LAN Design
Customer Care Center
There are several innovative approaches that have made DataVox successful. Most importantly is the staff. DataVox's support staff consists of teams of extraordinary people who care for all of our customer's needs. Our philosophy is to hire quality people in order to deliver quality services.
DataVox's Sales and Business Development teams work closely together. The Business Development staff works diligently to acquire leads and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team members. This allows our sales team to spend more time at prospective customer sites and concentrate on their individual needs to deliver the best customer solution possible. In order to represent a DataVox product, a sales team member must first be technically certified on the product. This ensures correct product representation. DataVox is dedicated to understanding your application and designing a system to specifically fit your needs, not just supplying hardware.
Since customer satisfaction is imperative to DataVox, our Client Relations staff strives to meet any additional needs our existing customers may encounter. Client Relations does an impeccable job of keeping DataVox in touch with our customers' needs and providing proper resolution to those needs. They also encourage our customers to share recommendations that will assist us in providing continual quality customer service with a personal touch.
Our installation teams consist of a Project Manager, who assumes complete responsibility for the project; a Project Coordinator, who trains new system users and is responsible for programming system features; an Installation Coordinator, who coordinates all aspects of the install; and a group of certified technicians, who actually install the system hardware. This team approach ensures that our clients receive the best service possible and are familiar with their team members.
We remain a service-oriented company, committed to delivering quality products and service. DataVox's Customer Service Department is divided into two teams. Our Customer Service and Remote teams guarantee your service issues are favorably resolved in an efficient manner. The Adds, Moves and Changes (AMC) team works diligently to help you coordinate hardware changes due to expansions, relocations, or upgrades to your system.
